There is a tradition that village. According to the tradition, on a specific day in a year all the boys, who are 18 years of age, get feminised completely. They dress up like a girl which means they wear saree along with all the makeup and jewelleries. Then they worship the Goddess and pray for their future. It is believed that whoever perform this ritual get blessed by the Goddess and have bright future. That's why all the mothers force their sons to perform this ritual, irrespective of the fact that they like it or not.
A large section of boys doesn't like to be a part of this tradition. But they have to do it against their will.
